Committing to a triathlon can be overwhelming and down-right scary. (Who doesn’t shudder at the idea of being in a swimsuit in public.) You may need to find the bike in your garage, prepare a training plan, or start eating right. (We didn’t say it would be easy!) You can do this and the O’Rourke is a great place to start. Our 3-day event in North Platte, Nebraska is perfect for the novice or advanced triathlete. Check out our schedule and find the best race for you to swim. ride. stride. at the “O’Rourke.”
The “Healthy for Life” community wellness program was born
